Purchases disabled

    When I tried to purchase a domain and WordPress Business, I was prompted that the Purchases function is disabled after a declined attempt. Please enable the purchase function so I can get started as soon as possible.

  • Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

    You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
