Purchases disabled

  Hi,
  I tried to upgrade to premium but got an error saying purchases are disabled.
  Any way to enable them?

  Hey,

  You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
  The relevant team will contact you.

  In addition, you can send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.

  Thanks for help, I did both of what You suggested and I am hoping I get some response/action from staff.
