  Hello! We want to upgrade our site for more space, but purchasing has been disabled with no option to enable it. How can I upgrade the site?

  I’m not showing any reason why you wouldn’t be able to purchase an upgrade. Can you provide a screenshot where you’re seeing that disabled?
