Purchases Disabled

My business plan needs to renew but I keep getting an error message that purchases are disabled every time I try to submit payment. I contacted billing, I contacted customer support. No one is getting back to me and my chat function, part of the business plan that should still be functioning until my plan expires, is no longer available to me. My site is imperative for my business and I need to get this resolved before I lose my entire website and all the hard work I put it to designing it.

I checked your account, and your ability to purchase upgrades has indeed been disabled, and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard regarding this. We cannot assist you in the forums but click on the notification in your dashboard to reach our payments staff.
Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can contact them for assistance using the link in your dashboard: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com as well.

The billing team replied with a vague response that they reserve the right to limit purchases. This is not an answer. Under what pretenses? What have I done besides been loyal to WordPress when I could have taken my business to another platform? I have been a paying customer for over a decade with WordPress and have been paying as a business plan member. I have relied on your platform as a pivotal part of my business. You just dump a customer with no plausible explanation? Now I lose my brand identity-my site- that I put countless hours into customizing and maintaining. It has been used as my signature look for years. And the only response to justify this explains nothing. There is truly no one that cab just explain to me why you would do this?
