Purchases Disabled

    I’m trying to upgrade my WordPress plan. Firstly it was declined, then it said purchases have been disabled, said to contact support to re-enable purchases. Need this urgently looked into as I want to create a website ASAP!

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
