Purchases disabled. How contact WP?

    Hi, when I try to upgrade my plan it fails and shows the text notice “Currently purchases are disabled. Contact us to re-enable them.” This happens since two days with two different credit cards and PayPal.

    How can I contact WP to get rid of this and make the upgrade?

    purchases are still disabled, how can I check with WP today?
    The point is, as I yet don’t have an upgraded plan there is no chat feature or anything similar available for me…

    Already wrote to billing support some days ago and the answer was:

    Thanks, I’m sorry I did not notice that. We can ask the billing team if an a block is intentional. If it was, our forums staff cannot override that decision, and we will not argue this further here.

    I asked and they said they’d already talked to you about this.

    You are welcome to keep using our free service, and you’re welcome to ask for other help in our forums, or if you have hosting you’re welcome to run your own free copy of WordPress and hire contractors for support. Good luck!

    thanks a lot for your reply and for reaching out to the billing team.

    As I wrote on the partly deleted post before the answer of the billing team
    was no help at all.

    My point is:
    To whom and how shall I talk to then if the forum stuff cannot help me and the
    billing team seems not willing to help?

    Is the final answer eat the free plan or die?
    Or is the billing team taking care of it now?

    I feel a bit like the unwanted child, you understand my situation?

    Its not that I am bothering WP to help me how to build a free site without reading and researching first. At contrary, I just want to pay you money…

    I would really love this to be solved as so far I have loved WordPress and would love to continue working with you.

    So, finally due to the Iack of help I found a workaround by opening a new account, transferring the site and upgrading the new account. this simple information would have helped a lot already…
