Purchases – Do I get a refund since I signed up for the premium package?

  In the beginning I purchased custom design ($30) and domain mapping ($13) Then today I signed up for the premium package. Will I be reimbursed for the first two items since I signed up for the premium package?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve refunded these Upgrades, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
