purchases made, money removed from bank. No Product

    The other night i purchased a domain name. a $48 dollar charge shows at my bank account but the My Purchases area in my account shows nothing. All my information, email etc. is correct and up to date but no conformation email has been received. The AI generator says i need a paid plan to get help with this issue and to contact the community. Please?

    Hi, not staff, but in order to purchase a WordPress.com upgrade plan you need to have already registered a website here. What is the address of that website (eg. mysite.wordpress.com)?

    Your domain has already been verified and set as the primary address of your site. Usually, the system takes a few minutes to set up a new site and domain.

    To manage your site, you can access it from your WordPress.com dashboard by clicking on the site from the Sites list: https://wordpress.com/sites
