    Hi,
    I had two payments from WordPress, but in my Purchses area there aren’t any billing o payment. I want to know what is the reason of this payments and what is the associated website.
    Please help me, the AI support doesn’t help me

    Do you mean there were two payments made TO WordPress.com? No doubt they are to renew the plan and the custom domain quoted both purchased a year ago. You won’t see details about them in this account you created three days ago. You will need to regain access to the account associated with that site.

    Thanks for the reply and the useful suggestion.
    The main account was cancelled more than 30 days ago, but the one-year payment was issued after the cancellation.
    I just want to check if there are other payments and delete the subscription, do you know I can do this?
