Purchases not showing up, domain name not connected

  I purchased a plan with WordPress a couple of days ago. My purchases are not showing up in my billing section.

  I purchased a domain, and began setting up my website. £43.20 has left my account. However, I can’t access the website from my account page, and I can’t talk to a real person because the AI claims I haven’t bought a plan. But I have.

  This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing – any help getting my website linked back to my account and my billing history showing would be greatly appreciated.

  My website is not linked to the account, and I don’t have access to the plan I purchased. It was definitely with this account.
