Purchases Won't Load Under 'Manage Purchases'

  I am trying to figure out when I need to renew my domain but my purchases won’t load. Anyone else experience this? How did you handle? No way to call WordPress even for the most critical issues.

  Hi there,

  Your account that you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades, so it won’t show anything under Purchases.

  Do you perhaps have another username account? If you can give me your domain I can help you find out what the correct username is to access that domain.
