Purchasing a bundle that includes a service I've already paid for

  A few months ago I bought the customization upgrade. it expires next year (June I believe). I saw today that you are offering a bundle for 99.00 that includes many upgrades I would like, but also includes the upgrade I’ve already paid for. Do I lose what I’ve paid for if I upgrade, or do I get extra months added on?
