purchasing a domain on wordpress

  Hi,
  I was thinking on moving to WordPress.org and buying domain WordPress. But I have few worries and querries :
  1. What will be the prove and is it one time.
  2. Will all my previous posts link be broken, can they be mapped/redirected to new one.
  3. Are features like commentluv , show images for related posts below each blog post, changing fonts be still chargable? Or buying domain gives you all this free.

  Please let me know in detail.
