    If you take a look at the three plans, https://wordpress.com/plans/ the business plan has SEO Tools as part of what is offered.

    Once you have your site created, search engines can take from 4-6 weeks to detect a new site. You will also want to be sure that your privacy settings are set to public. You can do this by clicking My Sites – Settings, then scroll down until you see the Privacy section.

    Here is a great support site that can give you some information regarding Search Engine Optimization with a WordPress.com site.
