  Wordpress doesn’t accept my debit card. Even though international payment is allowed through that card. Is payment allowed only through credit card?

  Have you checked in with your bank? Sometimes banks don’t allow certain transactions for security reasons, until it’s confirmed by the user. I don’t think WordPress.com would limit what kind of card you can pay with.
