Purchasing a plan

    Hi all,

    I am new to WordPress and will need to purchase a Business plan. I will only need it for 6 months though. Is it possible to just buy the time that I need, or as it is billed yearly will I need to purchase 12 months?

    Hi Lisa,

    All of our plans are billed yearly in one payment for the year ahead. We don’t offer the option to pay monthly or purchase plans for a shorter time.

    You can purchase the Business plan and cancel it after 6 months if it’s no longer needed, but we won’t be able to issue a refund for the remaining months — our refund period is 30 days for plans and 48 hours for domains.
