Purchasing a plan and then upgrading later?

Hi I am contemplating trying the personal $2.99 a month service for the website builder but would like to know that if I decide I am unsatisfied with the amount of features and want to later then upgrade to the $8 a month service, is this possible? Thanks

You can upgrade at any time and Staff can make the required adjustments to charges.
There are no monthly payment plans. We are billed annually and have to pay in full at the time of upgrading.

Premium upgrades do not include any premium themes which are all individually priced one time upgrades.
