purchasing a theme bundle that includes mapping I have already paid for

  I am paying $13 for mapping my domain. It renews in May 2014. What if I purchase a $79 bundle special for my theme to change fonts, remove ads, map a domain, etc. – will I receive a pro-rate back on my $13?

  The WordPress.com Premium upgrade is actually $99. Therefore, since you already have the Domain Mapping upgrade we will give you a discount for the rate of $79.

  Grace, I am not very savvy with WordPress.com features so bear with me on a few questions. :-)

  Is the $99 upgrade (with my discount $79) an annual fee? The “$79 bundle” that I saw, was for the Coraline Theme. I was wanting to change fonts and it looked like that was the only way to do it.

  Is that “bundle” different than the $99 upgrade you mention?

  Can you explain the benefits I get by doing the “upgrade”? Obviously mapping, no ads, font choices must be part of it?

  Hi Nancy,

  WordPress.com Premium is an upgrade that includes a custom domain (or mapping – which you have), No Ads, Custom Design (this is what allows you to change your fonts/colors), VideoPress, and an extra 10GB of space.

  Since you already purchased the domain mapping upgrade, instead of the original $99 for Premium, you can purchase it for $79. Basically you are just adding the rest of the Premium upgrades to your Domain Mapping.
