  There may still be an offer where if you pay for two years at once you receive a reduction.
  Any other costs depend on what you’re trying to achieve. Certain plugins and external themes may have their own costs but using them or not is down to you.
  Upgrading to a paid plan would get you access to Livechat support rather than this open forum. As there is no telephone support I’ve added a modlook tag to ask a member of staff to reply to you (and redact your phone number).
