Purchasing domain that is in Redemption, STAFF HELP

    Hello, my domain expired when I moved my hosting out of wordpress. I submitted a help request 2 weeks ago and have not heard a response. I need help from staff to purchase my domain out of redemption, I understand it is more expensive and that is fine, I just need it back.

    This is actually an emergency for my business, and needs to be resolved ASAP, I have waited 2 weeks for support response, even though the site promises 24 hour response.

    Hi there,

    We replied to you via email with a payment link to recover the domain on 27 January. Please check your spam folder for that reply. If you use Gmail it might also be in the Social or Updates folder. The email would have come from help[at]wordpress.com

    I’ve just resent the payment link to the email address on your account as well. Please let me know if you still don’t receive it.

    I do not see it in my spam or in my social folders. Whom would it be coming from?

    I absolutely need this taken care of immediately, and I am actually really displeased with how difficult it has been. Please send the email again to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I have resent the link to the new email address.

    Once we receive payment we can email our registrar to restore the domain, but at this point it’s unlikely that it will be restored before Monday, as their support staff don’t work over weekends.

    hello Please some help here.

    I purchased a Business Year subscription for my site, but i had to move my domain to other service because wordpress was not what i was looking for, i had to erase my domain from wordpress and this somehow deleted my purchased or something, but i need this purchase of $299 for one Year of Business for a new site with a new domain. CAN PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME, I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY MONEY AND I NEED TO REDEEM THIS PURCHASE.
