Purchasing only domain mapping upgrade

    Hi I want to use custom URL for my blog. I already have the domain booked through GoDaddy and want to map it to my blog. I need the following clarifications:

    1. How can I buy just the Domain Mapping upgrade (your support document shows that its a 13$/year upgrade, but I am only getting the option to buy 99$/year premium plan. I only want domain mapping, no other features).

    2. I have taken the emails for the domain I want to use through Gmail. Will that stop working once I map the domain to WordPress? If yes, what’s the procedure to correct it.

    3. If I move my blog to WordPress.org in next 2-3 months, will I be able to carry forward the Domain Mapping upgrade or will I need to buy a new upgrade there?
