  Hey I am from India and want to purchase WordPress plans. but not sure, I want to host a personal blog and looking for premium plan of Rs 350 but my question is may I get Plugin and what is wordpress.com branding,

  If you need to install the plugins on your WordPress.com website, the only plan that allows that at the moment is the Business plan.

  The WordPress branding is the information in the footer of your website, that the website is built on the WordPress.com platform.
