    Purchasing shipping labels

    My Woocommerce store is using Woocommerce Shipping & Tax, which connects to Jetpack (with an account at WordPress.com) for the credit card information when purchasing a shipping label.

    The whole process is not working for me. When I try to create the label, every time it keeps having me add a credit card, even though I already have one added in here.

    This has been severely affecting my customers. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hey there @christianlola! You’ve reached the forums that are primarily for the free sites hosted at WordPress.com. You’d do best to contact support through WooCommerce since they’ll be better versed in this, but I was able to search the web and (I think) find a solution for you. Can you try the steps recommended in this thread?

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Shipping
    Make sure Shipping Labels is toggled to ON
    Under Payment, check the box for the card you want used.
