purchasing space on a class blog

I am a classroom teacher who uses wordpress for my parents and students. At one time I found that I could add more space to my blog for photos, but now it looks like I have to purchase 10 more G for $100ish. Is there any way I could purchase less? I use two of your blogs and just don’t have the cash.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

your account is older than Sept 1, 2014 so you should be able to buy the 10GB GB for $20.-/yr and not the special Cable-TV Up-Sell Bundle for $99.-/yr
you can also start a new blog (suggestion – use the old blog name and add a number at the end to keep the address simple and not burn another good name from someone else) and put the photos on it and hot link the photos to your current site – a second blog is free – when you insert the photos on you old site – choose insert from Web

Also, I couldn’t find a place where I could do all that other stuff you mentioned. Do you have some links for me so I can find out how to do that address thing? -
as long as your account is an older account, you should be able to find the $20 upgrade at
Dashboard >> Store
The staff had said that older accounts can buy the individual upgrades – let us know if you can’t and we will get the staff to keep their word on the costs – the $99.- price change was not popular and many of us argued against it and lost the argument –
Create a new blog at Dashboard >> My Blogs >> Should be a Register or add blog button at the bottom
