Staff deal with threads by working from the earliest dated threads forward. every time you bump this thread that moves things forward and it means it will take longer to get help.

This thread I have from the beginning. I’m trying to purchase a theme to build a website, and it’s not allowing me to purchase. I’m logged in, and I’m getting frustrated. It’s not off topic. It’s all related. I thought maybe I needed to purchase a bundle, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I just want to build a website, which is where this began. I upgraded all of my browsers and it STILL is not working. This is a featured website for you guys at WordPress.
When i go to buy and activate, it doesn’t let me.

Sorry for the trouble, we’re looking into this!

The transactions never went through, so at least you don’t have to worry about that.

I understood that from the outset and clearly told you that I tagged this thread for Staff. Sadly you keep bumping the thread and that means it will take longer to get help. Please stop posting and simply wait for the receipt of a notification that Staff have responded please.

I don’t know what “bumping a thread means” All I know is that please contact me when I can buy. I tried through Paypal also, which also does not work. Maybe you aren’t Mac compatible.
