Purchasing with Tax Exemption – How to Submit Information

Hello! I am interested in making a purchase of a premium or business plan, but will need to submit tax exemption information to do so. However, I am told that I will need to connect with a human by the AI Assistant to submit documentation, but that human support is only available to users who have already paid for a plan.
Is there another way I can get support to upload documentation to make this purchase? I’m unsure how to go about this. Thank you for any information that can be shared! :)

I need to add a tax exempt form to our account in order to upgrade our plan. I sent an email but got the same response and was not able to resolve the issue. We are trying to upgrade our account but cannot as there is tax added to the bill. I really need this issue resolved.
