    Hello, I would like to try the Business plan for e-commerce but it seems that is not possible, am I right?

    I also have a couple of questions:

    1. I’m in Italy, the invoice that you will make comes from which country?
    Behind this question, there is an accounting reason, because if your invoice comes from Europe but outside Italy, I must pay our professional Accountant 50 euro to register European invoice and this will influence my choice.

    2. Do you already support ‘Banca Sella’ for Credit Card?
    What solution do you have to support Credit Cards considering that we have an Italian bank account?

    3. I read somewhere that you will get a percentage of sales.
    It is true?
    This happens also for Business subscriptions?

    4. Business subscriptions have Technical Support?
    I visited the Italian forum and I see several questions but not all have been answered.
    For what I understood it seems that you have not a dedicate person in Italy.
    It’s not a problem if English technical support works fine.

    Please confirm it, because this let me afraid that I’ll be alone while I’ll need help.
    I hope that you will tell me that your technical support service is good.

    Yes, you can build a store on our business plan. For that option, you would install the WooCommerce plugin.

    Depending on what you’re selling, and the quantity of it, you may be able to get by with Simple Payments which can be done on the premium plan. Take a look at all the options here:

    For the other questions….

    1. We are a US based company. We can set your account to be in Euros, that way when you purchase the plan there’s no conversion needed.

    2. There are many options for payment integrations. I’d suggest going to WooCommerce.com -> Extensions -> Payments to explore those.

    3. We do not collect any portion of your sales. You pay us a flat rate for your hosting plan, that’s all. The payment processors will collect a small fee and that amount depends on which one you select.

    4. Yes, we support all of our users. Folks with no upgrades can still get support in this forum from our team. Business plan members have access to our live chat support team 24/7 via https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
