Purpose theme not working?

    Hi all.

    I just activated the purpose theme, specifically because I like the scrolling header image. When I upload the header image, however, it is only visible on the blog page, which is totally useless. It also doesn’t do the dynamic scrolling thing–just looks like any other static blog. Help?
