  What exactly are you asking for here? Is the existing domain and “design” here at WordPress.com? If so what is the full URL. If it is somewhere else did you want the domain to replace your free WordPress.com address. In that case you’d need to upgrade the free site to a paid plan. Then you could connect the unnamed custom domain address and import content if necessary.
