Put a link referring directly to a widget

How to put a link in an article that would refer directly to a widget in the side-bar?
Example on my site: say you can “follow” the site
When the reader clicks on the word “follow” it goes directly on the widget “follow” on the side bar.
Thank youThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you for your help.
The idea is to put the word “suivre” (Follow) in on of my article and the people by clicking on the word widget is facing “suivre” (Follow) on the site side-bar and there he can fill the demand then follow my website -
Thank you but I do not understand how the reader will follow by the corresponding widget

I think this is not possible, because the widget is a static content that already open in you site, in my past threads I’m trying to give you a link that allow your readers to follow your site. When the reader clicks that link, he automatically will be following you site or will be redirected to login page.
