Put a post always on top of others except the home page

  How can I put a post on top of all others except my home page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  There’s the option to make a post sticky so that it will always display on top of the page, however, that will work on the frontpage only:

  Control Who Can See a Page or Post
