Put a wordpress hosted blog with a Godaddy hosted blog on the same server?

  Hello,
  I already have a wordpress blog Bruitdemoquette hosted by Godaddy (BruitDeMoquette.com)
  I would like to put my wordpress blog FrenchAgain, hosted by wordpress in the same server. (FrenchAgain.wordpress.com)

  I am a college language teacher, I do this for my students. I do not get any rewards from this, I finance my project myself. There is no income coming from these blogs.

  (I already pay 100 dollars per year to GoDaddy and I have tones of room available)

  It would be great to have access to plugins for my FrenchAgain blog.

  -Is it feasible?
  -How much would it cost?

  Unfortunately, at WordPress.com, we don’t allow plugins or access directly to the source code, due to security and stability concerns.

  This is the tradeoff we make in order to keep the millions of sites we host running at top speed with virtually no downtime.

  For plugins or custom code, we offer no upgrade for this access. To use either of there, you’ll need to use your own hosting provider and install the free WordPress software at WordPress.org.   I guess that my question was not clear enough
  I already have a worpress.org site (Bruitdemoquette.com), I am aware of the advantages (they are huge).

  What I meant is, I noticed that you offer a “Guided Transfer” service.
  “Have your site transferred by one of our Happiness Engineers to a self-hosted WordPress.org installation with one of our partners.”
  Since I already have a wordpress.org site (Bruitdemoquette), can I add a second blog? (French.again) under that very same server so that I don’t have to pay a second yearly hosting contract to godaddy.
  So I would have 2 blogs in the same “root”
