Put all posts from a certain category on a certain page in addition to home page

  I’m trying to add a plugin so that i can allow posts from one category to be posted on a certain page in addition to the posts being on my homepage. idc how it gets done i just need it done. I dont understand any of the html stuff, or where exactly or how to add codes in. i need a step by step “for dummies guide. thank you
