Hi there!
It looks like you have two domain mapping upgrades now. One for readersdoor.com and one for blog.readersdoor.com. You only need the second one in order for the domain blog.readersdoor.com to be mapped to your site. Do you want me to cancel and refund the extra one?
Also, it looks like you haven’t done the last step in setting up your subdomain. You’ll need to add a CNAME record to your domain that points blog.readersdoor.com to literaturerun.wordpress.com. This is usually formatted like this:
blog.readersdoor.com. IN CNAME literaturerun.wordpress.com.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

I have added the following settings to my DNS provider. But, I am unable to edit DNS settings in the wordpress blog, for blog.readersdoor.com
Also, I haven’t yet received the refund, nor the extra domain mapping was cancelled.
Please see to it.

The mapping has been implemented successfully.
But the amount is NOT yet refunded.
Please do it asap.

Hi there!
Sorry for the delay. When you post several times you get bumped down the queue because of the way we calculate the age of our forums posts.
I’ve just refunded your extra domain mapping upgrade. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.
As for the other mapped domain, you can’t update the DNS record on our end because we have no control over a mapped subdomain. You need to make the change on your registrar’s end.
Your registrar is GoDaddy, but your name servers are pointed to linode:
http://who.is/whois/readersdoor.com
It looks like you need to check in with GoDaddy about the status of your domain. Once your domain is in good standing, you can log into Linode and add the CNAME record there:
https://www.linode.com/docs/networking/dns/dns-manager#adding-1
Let me know if you have any more questions!
