Put blog posts on different pages

I am in the process of redesigning our church website so that we can have better search engine optimization. Our current site is at grovechurch dot com, but the temporary address of the one I am working on through wordpress is grovechurch.wordpress.com

Here is my question. I have a static page set as my homepage and my posts set to go to a page called “blogs”. I was wanting to know if you could have different posts go to different pages so that each staff person could have different blog pages and still be completely integrated into the website.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is done automatically. Just use the Author widget and then people can click on the name of each author and see everything that author has posted. You can, if you are using a theme with a tabbed header, make a tab for each author using this workaround:

    Page tabs as extra links

Note that all the posts will still all come up on the main blog page. There is no way to avoid this, other than to have entirely separate blogs for each author.

Thanks, I thought of this idea just as I posted the question, but I didn’t know about the tab workaround, so that is very helpful. I reallt appreciate it!
