This will do it. The padding is to move the text over slightly so that it is not right against the left border.
.post h2 { border: 2px solid #000000; padding-left: 5px; }Also on CSS questions, please post in the CSS forum. That is where I look for CSS related questions first and it makes it easier on me. Thanks.

I went to the site you linked to and immediately noticed that the blogger is not using the Digg3 theme as you are. The theme there is Contempt by Vault9. All themes here a coded differently. thesacredpath has supplied the information for achieving the effect that’s not in the Digg3 template by supplying what you need to do in the CSS editing to achieve the effect you want on your theme.

Let me express this clearly to you. We are adults. We Volunteer our time here free of charge. We ill not put up with being abused. From here on out you can file support tickets for Staff and wait in their queue for help because we Volunteers are not going to respond to you. -
Im not trying to be mean or anything but everytime i ask a question you gus always respond with a CSS answer. Well in case you havent noticed wordpress has updated. I used wordpress sence about 2009 when they didnt even have the domain registration or CSS upgrade. Turns out that its simply called a sticky post. And i got the right answer from a 13 year old

well then i just wont ask questions anymore it turnes out that the little 7th graders are more helpful

Not all themes display a title with a border or a background color when you make them a sticky, so your 13 year old’s answer will probably only work on about 5 themes here.
-
A couple things you should be aware of with sticky posts:
- Sticky posts were designed to “stick” a post at the top of the blog page. If you use multiple sticky posts, they will be put in the order that you publish them with the oldest at the top and the newest at the bottom.
- If you use sticky for all posts, then all posts will be on your blog main page, even if you have 500. That will mean that at some point your blog page will become so large and take so long to load that it will crash and not fully load, or take a very, very long time to load.
