Put comments on their own page?

  Is it possible to put a “Comments…” link at the bottom of each post, that takes the reader to a separate comments page for that post? I’ve seen this on some blogs and would like to implement it, if possible, so that readers can print just the text of a post but not the comments.

  haven’t seen such WP theme yet. not on the wordpress.com, I’m afraid.
