Put post on page but not on blog

  Is it possible put blog post on the page, but don’t show up on normal blog?
  Because I want Menus show up on the header, but don’t want it on the normal blogpost. So my blog can focus on one topic, but page can be different kind of post catagories.

  Not exactly, but there’s a workaround.
