    How do I put my WordPress site under construction

    Hi there,

    You need to use a Maintenance Mode plugin for this. You can see the options available in the WordPress.org plugin directory here:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/maintenance/

    You should just note that some of these plugins can prevent Jetpack from communicating with your site. In other words, while the plugin is active, the Jetpack connection for your site might not work, and you won’t be able to make changes to the site via your WordPress.com account in that case.

    But you’ll still have full access to WP-Admin while a plugin like that is active.
