Put text inbetween contact form fields

Hi. I am using the standard contact form on WordPress and I would like to put a line of text between two fields to explain the next section. I have fiddled with the html but with no sucess. Can anyone help?

Hi, That’s true if you want to change the form’s appearance. It won’t add another line of text.
It looks like it’s possible to add text when you create the contact form in the Calypso (Blue) Dashboard Editor. After you have added your contact form to your Post or Page, switch to the HTML Editor and enter your text (without any tags), but you must make sure that the text falls between the contact form fields. If you switch back to the Visual Editor, you won’t see the text there, but only in the Preview of the Post or Page.
I find it easier to do this in the WP Admin Post/Page Visual Editor because after you add your Contact form, the shortcode also shows up in the Visual Editor and you can add your text directly between the fields.
