Puting the titles of my posts in an HTML page?

  I am making my self a website, but I really want to keep blogging. I was wondering, is there a way to put the names of my posts and links in an HTML page automatically?

  I could do it manually, but it would be so much easier to have it done automatically.

  I can also use PHP if I needed to, but I would prefer not to…
