I want to put Google Friend Connect on my blog and even downloaded the plugin but it failed to install it. There is no ‘plugins’ choice on Dashboard and I also wanted to know whether I would have to pay for putting Friend Connect on my blog.
I would love it if anybody could help my with the problem! The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Plugins don’t work on WordPress.COM blogs; they only work on WordPress.ORG blogs. As far as I’m aware, there’s no way to put Google Friend Connect on your blog here, although people have requested it.

Embed codes containing any JavaScript, Flash, iframe, form, and input tags won’t work since the software removes those types of code for security reasons. See here >

Also this thread is posted into the CSS Customization Forum and CSS editing cannot be used to put the Google Friend Connect widget in your blog or to use any of the restricted codes I posted about above.

Just FYI, CSS is a simply a styling document used by the browser to render the elements of a web page. As Timethief says, you cannot put any sort of scripting or HTML into it.
