putting a “continue reading” at the end of each post

  This is probably a very dumb question but i am new to blogs and i want to put a “continue reading” link at the end of each post, so you don’t have to look at each post completely before you look at another one… can anyone help me? In this way I can put little pieces of the post in the home page. My blog: triciclodearte.wordpress.com
