Putting a link into my footer text
-
I can’t seem to put a link into the text of my footer. If I could figure out how to access the HTML of that, I could do that myself…but I can’t even find that. Am I just missing something that’s right in front of my face?…sorry for being so clueless. Thank you for the help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m on the free account and the Footer Credit is the automatic WordPress one. I have a footer above that says “Sponsored by…”… and I want to put a link to my Sponsor company so that users can visit that site also.
Is there any other way to do that?

WordPress.com provides you with a free site and is also hosting it free of charge.
Blogger initiated third party advertising is not allowed at WordPress.COM. Affiliate links are allowed on WordPress.com as long as the primary purpose of your blog is to create original content.
Please also read: Monetize Your Site next https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/ also note affiliate linking section https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/#affiliate-linking in that support doc.
The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains that have enough traffic to qualify for acceptance into the plan.
