Putting a new Sharing Button in my Posts

    I am using WP.com self hosted site and in sharing options i want to put my own sharing button like its mentioned in the page Create your Own.. I want to name is Dhaval It! But i dun know how to put it in action :/
    please tell are there any specific commands that are to be put in the second text box where it asks for the action?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
