Putting a WordPress link in my facebook page widget bar

  How do I get a WordPress link to show up on my Facebook page widget bar?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!
  You can add your WordPress URL as a tab to your Facebook page. But it is not easy. You should have a “Live” (active) app for this purpose.
  If you have an active Facebook app then click (after editing)
  http://www.facebook.com/dialog/pagetab?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID&next=YOUR_BLOG_URL
  This link will add the tab to your selected page.
  If you don’t have already created an app then go to the link
  https://developers.facebook.com/apps
  and create an app. The name of the app should be the same you want to show in the Facebook tab, i-e lindadynel blog. Submit data and do the above process when the app is been approved.
  It works fine :)
