Putting an image in text or image widget

  How do I put an image in a image widget (whether using your or image from camera or computer site image)? I need to put an image from the computer in one o my image widgets in the sidebar. I also need to take a picture of myself from my camera bor my bio and put it in either an image widget or a text widget. HELP please!!!
