Putting blog on (Under Construction Status).

I am looking to move into the wonderful world of E-Commerce and would like to know if there is a way I can create some sort of landing page saying ‘ under construction’ rather than editing live as this will take a long while
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no such page here. To change blog visibility to Private go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Site Visibility and choose option 3 From: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
