Putting blog posts in 2 different sections on menu

  I currently have 2 sections on my menu called ‘Recipes’ and ‘Thoughts and discussion’. I would like to separate blog posts into these two sections instead of having all blog posts go into one section of the website. How would I go about this because at the moment my posts are only going into ‘Recipes’?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
