Putting Daily Post Badge on Blog

  I tried several ways to copy the code of the Daily post badge to one of my side bar widgets and was unsuccessful. What could I be doing wrong?

  Did you paste the code into a text widget?
  Is it plain html code? Some tags are forbidden and will be stripped out:

  Add Code to Your Site
